Unfollow anyone who makes you feel bad about your body. This includes "fitspo" accounts that promote extreme leanness. Follow accounts that show diverse bodies: cellulite, rolls, scars, and all. What you consume visually shapes your reality. Therapy is a wellness tool
Every morning, look at yourself. Do not look for flaws. Look for function. Say: "Thank you, legs, for carrying me. Thank you, stomach, for digesting my food.
