The film’s original producers, Yash Raj Films, have historically been aggressive about piracy. In 2020, they successfully got several Vegamovies domains blocked by the Department of Telecommunications. However, the cat-and-mouse game continues. Within 48 hours, a new domain (vegamovies.in.net) appeared. For millions of Indians, "Vegamovies" is a verb, not a noun
